Tri-County performs a thorough examination of all heating and cooling systems, humidifiers, filters and supplementary heat. We also examine and report on all plumbing and related items such as interior pipes, hoses, bibs, waste pipes, waste discharge, hot water heaters, bathroom fixtures, ceramic tile and plumbing leaks. Ventilation systems are checked for proper air flow efficiency.

Tri-County performs a thorough inspection of roof coverings for age and proper flashing. We check gutters, downspouts and all materials. All exterior walls are carefully inspected for cracks and deterioration. Exterior trim, porches, garage and chimney are included in our overall inspection.

In addition to the basic structure, we also report on the ground grading, walkways, driveway, fencing, wooden decks and steps. Every inch is thoroughly examined and a comprehensive report is given to the Buyer for approval prior to making an investment.
